I can't sign in.
To sign in to ASPN, cookies must be enabled in your web browser.

I'm not receiving the emails.
ASPN sends messages to the email address you use to sign in to ASPN. If you are not receiving your account emails, contact us.

I have activated my account but the system doesn't recognize me.
There may be a short delay between requesting your account and the actual activation. If account activation takes more than two hours, contact us.

When my subscription to ASPN Perl or ASPN Tcl expires, are the licenses still valid?
ASPN Perl and Tcl include permanent licenses for the tools; however, you must be a current member to receive free upgrades and updates.
