ActiveState

All ActiveState hosted mailing lists can be read, and accounts can be managed, using a Web interface. You can use the web interface to subscribe, unsubscribe and change other account options. You can also use it to browse and search the list archives.

You can also use email to send the listserver commands directly. You can subscribe, unsubscribe, switch to digest mode, and perform other common account management commands.
