This information is for extension developers.  Those who use TEA
will want to upgrade to TEA 3.4.  This just entails updating to
the latest tclconfig/tcl.m4 from CVS (in the tcl SF project
tclconfig CVS module) and updating your configure.in to call
TEA_INIT([3.4]).

Changes in this update:

* Corrects Solaris 5.10 and Solaris x64 64-bit builds
* Adds support for Windows x64 64-bit builds
  * Requires Windows Server 2003 SP1 Platform SDK
  * --enable-64bit takes 'amd64' or 'ia64' as args on Windows,
    'amd64' is the default
* Improved OS X configuration for Universal binary builds
* Removed problematic TEA_PATH_NOSPACE macro
