[Activetcl] TclApp and Tablelist
First, users with a teacup revision < 285112 are fine,
ditto are users with a teacup revision > = 285136
They can ignore this mail.
Anybody else will have a bug in teacup which breaks both 'update-self' and
'get', making fixing the bug through retrieving a new revision quite
impossible. For reference see

To get us out of this pit I have now put up the current revisions of teacup
for our platforms to allow direct download.
