In case it is useful: a full, untainted snapshot of the boost CVS tree from a
few hours ago is in this file:

http://cci.lbl.gov/cctbx_build/results/2003_06_17_0136/cctbx_bundle.tar.gz

Subdirectory cctbx_sources/boost. Simply delete the rest.
