Hi Mark,
In these days of Voice over IP and streaming video I don't think selecting
a single record from a customer table is going to be the saturating factor.
Also, look at web technologies, if I need to change contents of a combobox
based on data in a database, I have to re-load the entire page, that seems
far more wasteful of bandwidth.
