Looks like a problem in the "store" part of the website. Since only
PerlApp is available in 64-bit on Linux, you have to install the 64-bit
"Deployment Pack".

Here is a direct download link for the bits:

The PDK Pro license works automatically for the Deployment and the
(discontinued) Productivity packs, so all you need is to install
the software.
