OK these new modules are in alpha, they were designed with
extendability in mind and use SAX parsing and they're first use was
the creation of SVG::DOM2 which allows control over svg documents
using this element/attribute to object extending. (developed for
inkscape and there is a ToPDF.pm module to follow)
There is currently a pod issue when make test is run, I've fixed it on
my svn but you can safely ignore it for testing the code.
