The Open Komodo repository has a build system that is almost in the 
place to build XR+PyXPCOM+Python.  There are a few todo items to finish 
it off, and I can help clarify those and give direction if anyone steps 
up do working on it.  If someone finished that up, we can have 
(semi)nightly builds running off of that.
