Hi,
Attached you'll find a small diff of what's needed to enable
pyxpcomext-moz19 for xulrunner (well for the toolkit really).
Then you just need to drop the extension in your app extensions folder
and it should work (it works here with a nightly of xulrunner and
pyxpcomext-moz19-linux-x86-py25_ucs2-v0.3.xpi).
Thought maybe it could be added to the default install.rdf.
