  For those who are following the WS-Policy specification work, IBM has an 
interop endpoint up at 
http://wsi.alphaworks.ibm.com:8080/wspolicy/index.html .  As with other 
interop endpoints you can use it as a client and/or server to help develop 
your own implementation of the spec or to simply learn more about how 
WS-Policy works.  If you do put up an endpoint and wish to have it added 
to the list of "known endpoints" just drop me a note.
