Re: [TDK] Can't see Expect package in tclapp | Re: [TDK] tclref failing on first run
Environment:
 Winx XP Pro SP3
 ActiveTcl 8.5.7
 Dev Kit 5.0.2
 Antivirus Apps off

(tclchecker tested and works fine so my environment seems ok.)

Command copied directly from Docs with filenames changed:
 tclxref.exe -scan dbfile.txr a.tcl b.tcl

The screen-shot of the pop-up too large to for list.
Starts of as:
"Error renaming C:\...my local tempfolder\tdkxref... to dbfile.txr
permission denied while executing
" # Compiled -- no source code available
error "called a copy of a compiled script ""
 (procedure "run_scan" line 1) etc

I'm probably doing something wrong.

Perhaps tclxref could dump its errors to a file or something to make
it more convenient and keep it small enough to send to the list, The
screenshot was 2 KB over the 40K limit. You will likely get more
error reports with a good old text dump,

Thanks
Narayan
