Ah, ok. ...
So you have the 'Packages' tab open, you have clicked on the 'Add Packages'
button (4th from the left), Tclapp has animated the progressbar (*), and then
the package selection dialog came up.
You are either scrolling through the very big list, or you are typing 'expect'
in the filter edit field ... Regardless, Expect is not showing up ...
What is the architecture shown at the top, above the edit field ?
Have you set a basekit yet ?
If not, do that, then try the package selection again. Have the architecture(s)
shown above the edit field changed ?
(*) Scanning repositories and search path for packages.
