I think these two TIPs are mature enough for a vote.
TIP#117, object introspection

This now suggests a new package, as proposed during
discussions last year.
This also need an implementor to be votable.
TIP#146, overall anchoring to grid

The changes lately is that the shrinking behavior
is specified, and some more discussion as to why
I chose that behavior.
