Voting on these TIPs closed a little while ago.  Here are the results (please
contact me if you feel that I miscounted)

TIP#112: Accepted 8/3 with 2 abstentions
  FOR: DKF, JH, KBK, AKu, JN, JO, DGP, MDJ
  AGAINST: MH, MMc, GAH
  PRESENT: BW, DRH

Primary reasons for no votes were lack of C API, lack of a core migration
strategy, and the fact that it just wasn't the same as the Itcl ensemble
scheme.  Is this correct?  (Author to do a follow-up TIP on these matters as
time permits.)

TIP#150: Accepted 7/0 with 3 abstentions
  FOR: DKF, MH, JH, MMc, GAH, JN, BW
  AGAINST: 
  PRESENT: AKu, KBK, DGP

Primary reasons for concerns with this TIP were working out whether the security
built into COM is sufficient.  Is this correct?
