With bug fixes and new features, Tcl Dev Kit (TDK) 5.1 is a minor
release recommended for all users.

In TDK 5.1, TclApp --- for building self-contained, installation-free
executables for Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Solaris, AIX, and HP-UX ---
has been enhanced with support for Tcl 8.6 bytecodes.

In addition, TDK Checker, the static Tcl syntax analyzer, has been
improved to include more support for Tcl 8.6.
