Net::SSLeay 1.05

I've been trying to get version 1.05 of the Net::SSLeay Perl module
interface to the OpenSSL crypto library to build with version 0.9.5a of
OpenSSL, compiling it under Visual C++ 6.0. So far I've been hitting a lot
of problems (e.g. SSLeay.c includes some Perl-related header files which
define "mod", "seed", and "list", which confuses various of the OpenSSL
header files). I'm doing this under NT with ActiveState Perl 5.005_03 build
522, compiling with Visual C++ 6.0.

Is there anyone here who has managed to get the Net::SSLeay module to build
with ActiveState Perl? If so, how did you do it?
