after upgrade the iis server 3.0 to 4.0, the active perl doesnt;' work
anymore, it returns following error message.
"The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete
set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:
Can't open perl script "????????????????????l": Invalid argument
"
what is the problem? how to solve it?
