As Don noted that core Tcl 8.4.12 is now in RC (please test),
with expected release on Dec 5, ActiveTcl will follow very
soon after.  We have preliminary builds if you are interested
in testing binaries (send private email to myself and/or
Andreas).

The list of core fixes is long (500+ lines each of ChangeLog
for Tcl and Tk), and we have other module updates as well.

For module owners - any changes need to be in by Saturday.
Let us know if we should expect something by Friday (tomorrow).
