[Activetcl-Dev] Next ActiveTcl release imminent

[Activetcl-Dev] beware Tcl_UtfAtIndex usage
We will be making ActiveTcl 8.4.15.0 and and updated 8.5a5-based release in
the next couple of weeks.
In addition to that, I have updated TEA to 3.6 with recent updates. More on
the specifics of that will be posted to tcl-core.
Let us know if you have any module updates planned, and if you would like to
do advanced release testing.
