During ActiveState's quarterly builds of ActiveTcl Enterprise
(http://www.activestate.com/Products/activetcl/activetcl_enterprise.plex)
the build results are kept from going into the Teapot, and we are also
updating more slowly to not at all, to have stable base on which to run
these builds.
Regarding teapot status ... As the teacup automatically pulls the INDEX of a
teapot when it detect that it changed the 'teacup cache status' command
provides a way to see when the teapot the INDEX came from was updated last,
approximately.
teacup cache status
Local caching of remote meta data
Cache directory: ~/.teapot/indexcache

This does not tell anything about the status of individual packages however.
