The problem is likley because 8.4 and 8.5 were in different directories, but
they shared the repository, and teacup saw 8.4 packages outside of the repo
which 8.5 could not use.

For the next release of AT 8.4/8.5 (*) we have changed the location of the
standard repository to be a sibling of $tcl_library (aka [info library]).
This puts it underneath the AT installation directory (lib/teapot to be
precise). This means that separate installations will have separate
repositiories as well, and no cross-talk between them for teacup.

(*) AT 8.5.1.0 is up on our website. No official announcement yet, as this
happened this very morning.
