Thank you Flavio, I tried your suggestion and it did not work.  Same
error message.  

I explicitly deleted Tablelist from the listed packages in my project.
I then had TclApp scan for required packages and again it returned only
"tablelist", not tablelist::common.  So I am beginning to believe this
is a bug.  Why tablelist [alone] is not recognized as a legitimate
package?
