Note that AFAIK tablelist::common is only the core package, and you will
likely need tablelist/Tablelist on top of it as well.

I am guessing that you got the .tap definition of tablelist before. Can you
check in the menu 'Edit ->  Preferences' that your TAP search path is set up
correctly ?

I am further guessing that you are not using ActiveState's teapot at
http:://teapot.activestate.com as a package source, otherwise it should have
found the package there.
