Actually I was assuming that you would use the appropriate management
commands, i.e.

	teacup default
and	teacup cache status

to inspect the paths used, and use the modifying forms

	teacup default  NEW-REPO-PATH
	teacup cache on NEW-CACHE-PATH

to set any necessary changes. I was not thinking that you would use an
editor to try and manipulate the configuration file directly. Its format is
actually not documented, i.e not considered to be public, and on windows the
information is stored in the registry, not a file. Something teacup shields
you from as well. Note that on windows equivalent changes to the registry
keys are used to separate the information by installation and platform.
