Hello, this is ActiveTcl 8.5.2 on Windows XP.

I tried to install the starkit_support profile with TEAcup, but ran into two 
"Not found in the archives" errors, the first for "memchan", the second for 
"zlib". Now, since there are packages "Memchan" (uppercase) and "zlibtcl", 
and I have them installed, this appears to be a repository error. I also 
updated TEAcup to 8.5.3, but that didn't help.

Here's the relevant transcript:
