I can account for a month of no updates due to us doing Enterprise builds,
whose results are not put into the TEApot, and additionally I am
conservative, not updating packages as much.

Looking at the dates on our servers last update from here was July 19 which
jives with my memory on going into the enterprise cycle.

However, your date may be as correct as mine, as the 'log show' tells about
actually changed packages (version numbers), whereas the file date tells me
about repository recreation. The latter happens even if there are no changes
to packages itself.
