Maurene Caplan Grey is a research director in Gartner Research. 
Her research focuses on email and instant messaging product 
selection, implementation and management issues, including 
spam avoidance and email management for regulatory 
compliance. 

Prior to joining Gartner, Maurene managed United Parcel 
Services' global email environment. She has over 15 years of 
experience in the email and e-workplace industry.


Chris Kraft, ActiveState

Chris Kraft is ActiveState's director of product management 
for PureMessage, the industrial strength anti-spam software 
for enterprises. Chris is responsible for product strategy, 
releases, and messaging.

Prior to joining ActiveState, Chris worked as VeriSign's Group 
Product Manager for their enterprise authentication and 
authorization services.
