G'day all.

Boost currently provides this:

	void call_once(void (*func)(), once_flag&);

Is there any interest in something like this?

	void call_once(function0<void> & func, once_flag&);

Obviously once_flag isn't appropriate for this, so I envisage something
more like this:

	class once : private noncopyable {
	public:
		once();
		~once();
		void call_once(function0<void> & func);
	};
