I've added tests for disjoint_sets and property_map.
(note that disjoint_sets is a pending library (used by Boost.Graph))

Note that the property_accessor directory is empty. That's the old name
for property_map. It should be removed.

Also note that the array_traits and pri_queue were old beta libraries and
not really part of boost.
