Yes, this sums it up nicely. If we can agree that this is a problem, I'll
add this restriction (directory names mustn't clash with Standard Library
headers) to the Boost Library Requirements and Guidelines. 

[As Joerg mentioned in a previous post, he is changing from "numeric" to
"numerics". I'm just sorry we didn't reflect on this earlier, which would
have avoided a lot of tedious changes.]
