Folks--

I want to be a booster!   As an initial contribution I have a small 
(~100 line) globbing directory iterator to put up for discussion.  But 
where to start and how do I post the submission?

The yahoo vault won't acknowlege my existence.  Either it's obsolete or 
I didn't sign up correctly?
Alternately, should I just push it to the sourceforge CVS sandbox?  I 
didn't see any policies regarding its use.
