I'd like to see boost build a single dll/lib rather than multiples if 
that is what people like - possibly with the option to specify which 
libs go in it.  We currently use

thread
date_time
filesystem
regex
serialization

And in some places test also.  I'd rather just one DLL was generated, or 
at least the option to link to just boost-1.32 rather than 5 or more 
individual libs.
