Hmm - what version of Expect? Where did it come from? Is this straight
Windows 2003, or with service packs applied? What kind of hardware?
Hopefully, someone with similar configuration can try expect out to see
if they have similar problems.
I'm just asking because I don't think that I've heard anyone report this
to date. Try this - try to start expect with no script. Just as a plain
interpreter. See if it will start. If not, that points directly to the
problem.

The DEP prevents my script from running.
It seems to be the Expect problem.
