With debugging assistance from Mark Dascher, we have produced new Expect 
binaries that may avoid some of the DEP issues by appropriately marking 
memory with the right access permissions.

Those of you that had trouble should try our the updated bits at:

    ftp://tcl.activestate.com/pub/incoming/expect543-deptest.zip

This is a temporary download for testing.  It has test dlls to replace 
over the existing ones.  If a few of you had DEP issues could try these 
and confirm that they work, we'll bump up the version and release these 
into teapot.
