Different functions are supported by different processors, so it's not
possible to put together a list of *EXSLT-compliant* processors. The
ones that support the most of EXSLT, at the moment, are Saxon, 4XSLT
and libxslt, although support is being added to Xalan at the moment.
Most of the functions are implemented in JScript so that you can plug
in implementations to MSXML if you want to use MSXML.

Look at the page for the function or element that you want to use; the
processors that support it are listed there.
