& XSLT Next up in my specification queue is the URIs module.  I've written
brief specifications for both of this module's functions: `uri:base-uri`
and `uri:resolve-uri`.  The source for both specifications should be
attached to this email, as well as a HTML view of each.

I also started a branch within our Subversion repository for my
draft specs and other experimental changes.  You can browse through this
branch at your leisure through the Trac interface[0].
