[exslt] Date min max | Re: [exslt] Xalan 2.7.0 and EXSLT
& XSLT Hi,

Our application was using EXSLT function: month-in-year with xalan-j
2.6.0 and it was returning month number 11 for December (i.e. 0-11), but
with xalan-j 2.7.0, it gives us 12 for December (i.e. 1-12).
I found the following in the mail archives, but not sure what is the
expected behaviour:
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/xml-xalan-dev/200302.mbox/%3COF9A7D7333.0C67D1D6-ON
85256CC2.00519F0E@torolab.ibm.com%3E

I was unable to find any documentation on either the apache or exslt site
about the change.

Is this a known issue / bug or a deliberate change to make it inline with
java.util.Calendar and from now on it will return month numbers 1-12.

Will greatly appreciate an answer or a pointer in the right direction.

Thank you.
Ali
