[exslt] Environment Variable Retrieval Spec
& XSLT Uche and I just met up at the XML Prague conference and discussed way
forward with EXSLT in general. We will make an announcement on general
way forward for EXSLT (though this might take a few weeks).
I Will make sure that this is folded into things.
