Summary: Use of -sticky doesn't work

Initial Comment:
When I add a widget to a ScrolledFrame it doesn't fill
the entire ScrolledFrame. It doesn't matter if I use
-sticky nesw or set the weight for the ScrolledFrame.
I've added a script which shows this problem. I think
the text widget in the example should stick to its
parent's borders.
