Summary: Toolbar's itemconfigure accepts invalid indices

Initial Comment:
For some options itemconfigure doesn't return an error
when configuring an invalid index. Instead it
configures all the toolbar's children.
In the example script configuring -state for an invalid
entry configures all toolbar's children whereas
configuring -text returns (as it should) an error.
