Initial Comment:

The download of Itcl 4.0b3 posted
today contains a lot of extra
files.  Appears that a sandbox
has just been archived, and not
the proper release procedure of
tag + export + `make dist`.

I recommend withdrawal, and re-release
of something proper, with version
incremented or not at developer discretion.
