Summary: Could you tag Itcl 3.4 and cut a release?

Initial Comment:
The current HEAD branch will build and run successfully against Tcl 8.5, but there is no dow
nloadable release that will.  If there was such a release, then we would make a FreeBSD port
 for Itcl for Tcl 8.5.  (They won't let ports use CVS to get packages, which is probably a g
ood idea.)

My request is for someone to tag HEAD as Itcl 3.4 and roll up a tarball of it.
