The following script segfaults

package require Itcl
itcl::parser::proc bla {} {} 

Version info:
info patchlevel: 8.5.6
package require Itcl: 3.4 

Also confirmed on a snapshot of Tcl (incl. Itcl 4.0b3) + Tk + Threads
from today, built on WIN32 using MSVC8.
