[Incrtcl-users] ITCL create tmp files in windows\temp
After blasting through most of the itcl bug database, I have an itcl 3.4
set of sources ready for release. I may even be encouraged to release
some sources eventually.
The primary motivation for this was to ensure that itcl built with Tcl
8.4 works in 8.5, and that is now the case. There are a couple of test
failures from error case result changes, but no crashes.
Included in the update are crash fixes and other cleanup bits.
