The Komodo 2.0 Beta 1 release is now available for Linux.

What's New:

- Enhanced Project Management: Projects, folders, & import from
  file system
- Source Code Control Integration: Support for CVS and Perforce
- ActiveState GUI Builder: Simple tool for creating Tk-based GUIs for
  Perl, Python, and Tcl
- Integrated Visual Package Manager: Updated version of ActiveState's
  VPM

Please note: The final release of Komodo 2.0 will be available in two
editions, Komodo Pro and Komodo Personal, allowing users to select
the feature set best suited to their needs.

Source code control integration, Visual Package Manager, and GUI
Builder will only be available in Komodo Pro, providing additional
value
for the professional programmer.
