Vote Now: Komodo Extensibility Challenge Polls close Tuesday | ActiveState offer: Last chance to save on "PHP Web Application Development with Komodo IDE"
What: RailsConf 2007
When: May 18-20, 2007
Where: Portland, Oregon

*Hype!*
We're doing our part to make sure Ruby on Rails lives up to the hype.
RailsConf is the perfect time to unleash Komodo 4.1, which has made
serious progress in its Ruby capabilities, like a lightning-fast
debugger, one-click Rails support, and a Rails macro library. We hailed
Komodo 4.0 as the "first true IDE for Ruby on Rails" and 4.1 is going to
rock.

Definitely come see us at RailsConf and check out Komodo IDE 4.1 for
Ruby. We're going to be at booth 315. (And if you want to work for
ActiveState, drop by and introduce yourself. We're always looking for
smart people to join our company.)

*Hype!*
Kick-start your Friday night at RailsConf in Portland with caffeine,
candy, cool prizes, and the Komodo IDE Extensibility Challenge winners
announcement at the Komodo IDE Friday Night Kick-Start, Awards, &
Festivities (otherwise known as the ActiveState BOF).

The smart part? Lead programmer Eric Promislow and other members of the
Komodo dev team will introduce you to the first unified workspace for
end-to-end development of dynamic web applications, Komodo IDE--the only
true IDE for Ruby on Rails. More BOF details are on the ActiveState blog:
http://blogs.activestate.com/

*Hooray!*
Of course, we're going to announce the winners of the Komodo
Extensibility Challenge too! We'll tally your votes and award prizes in
the Komodo XPI Extension and Komodo Other Extensibility
categories--ThinkGeek gift certificates, a Squeezebox from Slim Devices,
Amazon gift certificates, Komodo IDE licenses, and lots more. If you
haven't yet voted, the polls close May 15.

See you in Portland!
The Komodo Dev Team

(p.s: the ActiveState secret word is "parthenogenesis". Mention it at
our booth or at our BOF. You'll be glad you did!)
