The Komodo team have been nailing down the final fixes for the Komodo 
4.3.0 release and are now are now pleased to announce that we've reached 
beta testing.

Significant changes in beta 1 since the alpha 2 release
-------------------------------------------------------

- replace in files and projects, so cool!
- snippet abbreviations is now a core feature
- a new and improved Komodo start page
- find/replace in projects now works with specific contexts
- fixed file encoding preferences being ignored
- unit test integration works better for perl/python
- drag/drop with non-ascii character filenames now works
- tabstops feature now has a preference setting
- remote debugging will now assist in creating mapped URIs automatically
- phpdoc tag completions+calltips and phpdoc variable type inferencing
- vi emulation is now using find and replace regex pattern matching
- tcl 8.5 linting and debugging support
- actionscript linting fix


Please try the beta out and let us know of any errors or problems as 
this is the last chance to get things fixed before the final 4.3.0 
release is made.

Major 4.3 Features
------------------

The main highlights of the 4.3 release are:

- Unit testing integration. (Komodo IDE-only.)
- Source Code Control (SCC) operations now work asynchronously.
- Many, many improvements to the Find system (including "Find in
Project", "Replace in Files", multi-line find/replace, a sleeker
Find/Replace dialog
