We've just  released Komodo 4.3.1 with a number of important bug fixes.
You can use "Help >  Check for Updates..." if you have 4.3.0 installed,
or download it from our website:

Some bug fixes of note in this release are:

  * Find/Replace in Files now uses Komodo's file association preferences.
  * Project sorting now more consistent.
  * Commands are quoted properly when passed to cmd.exe on Windows.
  * Fixed bug causing svn commits to fail on OS X.
  * Fixed problems with calltips in PHP 4 and HTML completions in PHP files.
