It completes - pretty quickly, I think it is updating a database which it
built. It does not write the prefs file as my meaningless '1' value
remained. There is no error output specific to the wizard. There is:
ERROR: keybindingManager: unknown key for keyname:Ctrl-F11
ERROR: keybindingManager: Could not find key with name: Ctrl-F11
but this is just me messing about. There are warnings about missing macro
files from version 2.3. Nothing else. I set the codeintel with 'Python'
and the message duly disappeared.
